Many thanks to all that have come and visited this site and more significantly, all that have come to the shop in our first weeks of opening the doors to The Cheese Cave! We are greatly encouraged by the tremendous support and genuine excitement expressed by the greater Red Bank community in having a cheese shop come to their neighborhood. We look forward to being a part of the community for years to come. The website is currently being developed and will be a source of much more detailed information in the coming weeks. Look for the site to be completed by mid April and it will include features such as on line ordering, gift baskets, cheese of the month subscriptions, calendar of upcoming events, features on the artisan cheese makers and listings of all the available cheese and many of the specialty foods.
