An update from The Cheese Cave

Many thanks to all that have come and visited this site and more significantly, all that have come to the shop in our first weeks of opening the doors to The Cheese Cave!
We are greatly encouraged by the tremendous support and genuine excitement expressed by the greater Red Bank community in having a cheese shop come to their neighborhood. We look forward to being a part of the community for years to come.
Since the Grand Opening, we have added incredible artisan cured meats from Pio Tosini, La Quercia, Molinari and Creminelli and we are now providing daily sandwich specials.
The website is currently being developed and will be a source of much more detailed information in the coming weeks. Look for the site to be completed by mid April and it will include features such as on line ordering, gift baskets, cheese of the month subscriptions, calendar of upcoming events, features on the artisan cheese makers and listings of all the available cheese and many of the specialty foods.
In the meantime, stop by The Cheese Cave to say hello and take home some terrific cheese and specialty foods!

As a frequent visitor to Red Bank I was intrigued to see that a speciality boutique cheese shop had opened its doors. And what a treat.....my friend and I were able to purchase cheese after hours because the friendly cheesemonger opened his door to us. The cave is full of all kinds of goodies that you associate with cheese from crackers to quince paste and beyond. Go and enjoy!
