The Cheese Cave will at last open their doors on Saturday, February 19th at 10:00 am.
Come and join in the celebration of our Grand Opening, check out our array of artisan cheese, cured meats, jams, preserves, chutneys, honey, tapenades, olives, pickled vegetables, local artisan breads, crackers, flatbreads, tortas, olive oils, vinegars, imported artisan pastas, confections, coffee and teas.
Meet our friendly Cheesemongers who will happily offer a taste of cheese, suggest recommendations and answer any of your questions. We are very proud of our little cheese shop and we think you will like it very much too but don't take our word - come and check it our for yourself. We can't wait to meet you!!

Stumbled upon your shop the day after you opened. Bought some cheese, went home (an hour away).
Traveling back down on Sunday just for your Idiazabal cheese! THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
